Week 16 report - 2024

I want to start off this week's report with two keywords: doubt and conviction.

These are two contradictory words. Over the past week, I have experienced quite a rollercoaster of feelings. I went from being super confident about our business to super depressed about it, then recovering, and it went on and on. I think there are three factors — not exhaustive — to making a great business: vision, profitability, and growth.

Our vision is rock solid. We are going for JARVIS. There is no doubt that we are on the right path. (Proof: In a16z's podcast about the future of AI, Anjney Midha states that the future will be a swarm of smaller models, which we're doing right now!)

As for profitability, we're confident also. We are creating actual value, not just doing silly GTM nonsense. We'll be proving this pretty soon.

Growth. Now, this is what I have been anxious about. I want to launch fast. Real fast. But right now, I think this is the moment where we need to invest more time and effort to make progress.
