Week 21 report - 2024

We won 5M KRW! Now, we can change Dylan's MacBook which started to lag about two weeks ago. By the way, mine was in similar conditions until Woohyeok bought a new MacBook Pro for me as a present. I am truly grateful for his support and pledged him to pay it back ASAP. Thanks man.

We're building Philo and Sophia. Sophia is an AI research assistant for financial research. Sophia responds by its integrated financial data of the world. Philo is an AI-native workspace for financial research. We are currently developing Philo to best perform with Sophia. We envision Philo and Sophia as a single masterpiece, not separate products. Data & Workspace, shouldn't be apart.

Philo needs some work to be done. But until then, Sophia for Excel will be available in the coming week to selected testers. It's a bit sad that if I prepare for these pitches, the whole frontend dev stagnates.

You might have realized, but we changed our initial plan to raise capital back in week 12. This was because we thought it was time to focus more on the product, rather than financing. Looking back, I think it was the right call and still think we are still not there yet. But taking our runway into account and the time to actually close a round, I am considering about it now. It's time to roll!
